Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with internal teams, government departments, and strategic partners.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and align diverse interests toward common goals.

Government Engagement:

• Work closely with senior bureaucrats, elected representatives, and institutional stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives in collaboration with government bodies, ensuring alignment with administrative processes and objectives.

Communication & Writing:

• Prepare clear and persuasive policy briefs, program proposals, MoUs, and presentations.
• Translate complex technical and policy concepts into actionable, easy-to-understand documentation.

Proposal & Documentation:

• Lead quick-turnaround development of concept notes, grant proposals, and reports.
• Ensure high standards of quality, responsiveness, and impact in all documentation.

Strategic Thinking & Execution:

• Identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive program design and execution with a strategic mindset.
• 
  
• Manage timelines, monitor impact, and ensure successful delivery of program objectives.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years’ experience in government engagement, public policy, or related fields.
• Strong writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Education:

  Postgraduate in Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related field (preferred).
• Willingness to travel when required.
