* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote gold loans, insurance, money transfer, and other financial products.
* Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, customer engagement activities, and branch-level promotions.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
* Support digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
* Coordinate with branch teams to drive lead generation and enhance customer reach.
* Manage vendor relationships, negotiate budgets, and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
* Prepare marketing performance reports and present insights to the management.
* NBFC Experience will be an added advantage.
* Experience in BTL/ATL activities and digital marketing
* Excellent communication, planning and orgganizational skills.
* Ability to analyze market data and customer insights.
* Strong coordination, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
* Creativity and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
