Job Role Purpose
P & L Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
A. International Expansion & Market Strategy
- Create a
3–5 year global expansion plan
for all brands. - Identify and evaluate new countries, business opportunities, regulatory environment and competition landscape.
- Finalize site selection, country prioritization, and FOCO/FOFO model applicability.
- Lead international negotiations, joint ventures, master franchise structures, and local partnerships.
B. Identification & Onboarding of FOCO Investment Partners
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard
FOCO Partners who are willing to invest in franchise unit setups
for: - Wellness SPA/Salon
- Tarzan Adventure Resorts
- Non Stop Products
- EBG Food Works
- Premium Furniture Stores
- Conduct commercial evaluations of partner capabilities — financial strength, operational readiness, and local market reach.
- Prepare the investment pitch deck, business model, ROI structure, and partnership agreements for FOCO investors.
- Negotiate commercial terms, revenue share, CAPEX structures, and operational deliverables.
- Ensure smooth transition from partner onboarding to project execution and opening.
C. P&L Ownership
- Full ownership of international revenue, cost optimization, and profitability across all brands.
- Create annual budgets, financial forecasts and monitor unit economics across all countries.
- Implement strong financial governance and audit processes.
D. Operations Excellence (FOCO & FOFO Models)
- Establish and manage
world-class operations
for Spa, Resort, Furniture, Retail & Food brands. - Ensure operational compliance with global SOPs, audits, safety, hygiene, training systems and brand guidelines.
- Monitor FOFO partner performance for all brands; enforce SLAs and brand consistency.
- Oversee supply chain, logistics, inventory, vendor tie-ups and export/import requirements.
E. Partnership & Franchise Management
- Build and manage relationships with all
Master Franchisees, FOCO operators, FOFO partners
, distributors and country-level stakeholders. - Conduct periodic business reviews, audits, and performance improvement plans.
- Strengthen partner engagement and ensure high satisfaction levels.
F. Branding, Marketing & Market Execution
- Launch each brand internationally with strong marketing, PR and brand positioning.
- Drive digital marketing, influencer collaboration, alliances with hotels/resorts, and local trade partnerships.
- Customize GTM strategy based on cultural and regional preferences.
G. Compliance, Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure international compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, hospitality & F&B standards, franchise norms, and import/export rules.
- Create strong risk mitigation frameworks and track compliance audits for every country and vertical.
H. Leadership & Team Management
- Build and lead a global team including Country Managers, Operations Heads, Finance Controllers and Franchise Managers.
- Support hiring, coaching, capability development and multi-country leadership alignment.
- Establish high-performance culture across international teams.
I. Innovation & Growth Initiatives
- Identify new revenue opportunities, customer engagement models, loyalty programs and market-specific offerings.
- Evaluate resort packages, spa memberships, food menus, and furniture collections based on market trends.
- Introduce global best practices in operations, technology and customer experience.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience
15–20 years
total experience with 5+ years in International Business leadership
.- Proven background in
hospitality, wellness, resorts, F&B, retail, FMCG, lifestyle brands, or franchise-driven companies
. - Experience in onboarding FOCO / FOFO franchise investors in GCC, SE Asia, Africa or Europe is highly preferred.
