The Production Manager Private Labeling & Pouch Packing Production is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire private labeling and pouch packing production process for multiple buyers. This includes ensuring quality control, timely production, compliance with buyer specifications, cost efficiency, and smooth coordination between different departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Management: Plan, execute, and oversee private labeling and pouch packing operations to meet buyer requirements as per shipment schedule. Ensure production targets are met within deadlines while maintaining quality standards( coordination with Quality Department) Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and labeling components. Role Summary: The Organic Certification Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing all activities related to organic certification, audits, compliance, documentation, and communication with certification bodies. This role ensures that all processes, farmer groups, and supply chains are in full compliance with national and international organic standards (e.g., NPOP, NOP, EU, etc.).
