Job Description

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to the CEO, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The EA will act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution of business priorities.

Location - Hyderabad


Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage and maintain CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, investors, and external partners.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, reports, presentations, and official communications on behalf of the CEO.

Operational & Strategic Support

  • Track and follow up on action points from CEO’s meetings and ensure timely execution.
  • Prepare briefing notes, research, and background material for CEO’s meetings and external engagements.
  • Coordinate with leadership team on project deadlines, reports, and business reviews.
  • Support CEO in managing strategic initiatives, fundraising activities, and board-level presentations.

Administrative & Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations linked to the CEO’s office.
  • Organize travel, logistics, and event coordination for CEO and leadership events.
  • Maintain effective filing systems (digital) for easy retrieval of documents.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment on CEO directives.
  • Act as liaison between CEO and senior management, ensuring communication is clear and efficient.
  • Support CEO in client, partner, and investor relations by preparing talking points, follow-up notes, and key updates.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with tact.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business productivity tools.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration/Management preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience as EA/PA to C-Suite leadership (preferably CEO/MD/Founder).
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup, corporate, or multi-industry environment is an advantage.
