  • handling office-management duties,

  • making travel arrangements. ,

  • handling calendar events,

  • organizing reports and documents,

  • answering phone calls,

  • setting up meetings,

  • Executive assistant to Director,

  • Manage calls & mails behalf of the Director,

  • screening visitors, and many more similar duties.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3+ years of experience in back office / EA

  • Must have MS Office Suite.

  • Proficient in English

  • Should have Email drafting etiquette
