Job Description

As a Business Development Manager in the automotive industry, your role will involve developing individual business plans for each country, administering and developing initiatives to increase sales and market development activities. You will be analyzing business strategies and developing improvement plans to provide appropriate growth to the business. Key Responsibilities: - Research organizations to find new customers and identify decision-makers. - Conduct 'Cold Calls' over the phone to customers. - Identify business needs and work with buyers to plan proposals and negotiate pricing. - Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure. - Build positive relationships with customers. - Identify new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns. - Handle markets in Europe, Africa, USA, Canada, South America, and Australia. - Maintain a database of prospective customers. - Advise prospective clients on current market activities. - Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors to build strong community relations. - Increase business revenue through proactive management of relationships and sales strategies. - Develop business plans and strategies. - Negotiate product prices and freight rates to save costs. - Provide consultation to clients on insurances, duties, and taxes. - Monitor shipments to ensure regulatory compliance. - Maintain customer relations and participate in sales activities. - Obtain customer feedback on product/service quality. - Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints. - Notify clients of contract expirations and facilitate renewals. - Organize promotional and marketing online campaigns for product publicity. - Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems. - Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing all post-sales services provided to clients. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of work experience in business development or a related field. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans. - Proficiency in maintaining customer relationships and managing sales cycles effectively. - Knowledge of international markets such as Europe, Africa, USA, Canada, South America, and Australia. - Experience in developing business plans and strategies. Please note: The salary for this full-time position is a minimum of 25000 INR.
