FloData Analytics is hiring an end-to-end Business Development Manager to drive new business for our technology services (AI/ML, GIS, Data Analytics, and Automation). The role involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls, building and managing a strong pipeline and closing mid-sized service deals with international clients (with focus on USA and the Middle East). While we will support onboarding on our tools and processes, we are looking for someone with a proven track record in services sales and strong sales discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end new business development: from prospecting and discovery to solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, closure and handover.
  • Build and manage both inbound and outbound lead pipelines, ensuring consistent funnel growth.
  • Conduct high-quality discovery calls to understand client needs, pain points, timelines, stakeholders and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare pitch narratives, estimates, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain a strong sales cadence, including follow-ups, next steps, objection handling, and deal progression.
  • Oversee lead management using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of pipelines, activities, and deal statuses.

Qualification & Requirements:

Must-Have Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field
  • 2–4 years of B2B business development/sales experience in IT services, software services, or consulting (this is a non-SaaS sales and non-reseller product sales role).
  • Proven revenue performance: USD $100K–$200K in services sales closed per year for the last 2–3 years, with a minimum deal/ticket size of $5K (or demonstrated ability to consistently close deals of similar value)

Good-to-Have Requirements

  • Experience with any lead sourcing tool (like Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach, Clearbit, etc.).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound sequencing tools.
  • Prior use of any CRM.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
