We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Manager to lead and expand our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in global markets, proven experience in ceramic/tiles/sanitaryware export sales, and the ability to build long-term business partnerships across regions.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
-Identify new international markets, distributors, and business opportunities.
-Manage end-to-end export processes including pricing, documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, agents, and channel partners.
-Conduct market research to understand global demand trends, competitor activity, and product positioning.
-Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits as required.
-Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams for timely order execution.
-Ensure adherence to export regulations and company quality standards.
Requirements
-Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Sales, preferably in Ceramic, Tiles, Sanitaryware, or Building Materials industry.
-Strong understanding of international trade practices, export documentation, and global market landscapes.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
-Ability to handle multi-country sales portfolios and drive high-value deals.
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
-Willingness to travel internationally as required.
