Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at our company, your role will involve developing individual business plans for each country and administering initiatives to increase sales and market development activities. You will analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans to provide appropriate growth to the business. Your key responsibilities will include: - Researching organizations to find new customers and identify decision-makers - Conducting "Cold Calls" over the phone to potential customers - Working with buyers to plan proposals and negotiate pricing - Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure - Building positive relationships with customers - Identifying new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns - Handling markets in European, African, USA, Canada, South America, and Australia - Maintaining a database of prospective customers - Advising prospective clients on current market activities - Managing relationships with subcontractors and vendors - Increasing business revenue through proactive management of relationships and sales strategies - Developing business plans and strategies - Negotiating product prices and freight rates to save costs - Consulting clients on insurances, duties, and taxes - Monitoring shipments to ensure regulatory compliance - Maintaining customer relations and participating in sales activities - Obtaining customer feedback on product/service quality - Assisting clients in resolving issues and complaints - Notifying clients of pending contract expirations and assisting in renewal processes - Organizing promotional and marketing online campaigns - Developing and optimizing support and service processes, tools, and systems - Overseeing post-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction If you are looking for a challenging role where you can contribute to the growth and success of the business by implementing effective sales strategies and building strong customer relationships, this position is perfect for you.,
