About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations, manage employee life cycle processes, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and compliance.


Responsibilities -

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, mid-level, and junior roles.
  • Draft job descriptions, publish job postings, and manage sourcing strategies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage recruitment agencies and negotiate consultancy terms.
  • Conduct background verification and reference checks.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance ratio, and attrition of new hires.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and appointment letters.
  • Manage pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Conduct employee orientation programs and familiarize new hires with company policies.
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, personal documents, and HR databases.
  • Create onboarding plans and monitor new-employee integration.
  • Formulate, update, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines.
  • Ensure policies align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Communicate policies clearly across departments and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct periodic HR audits and process reviews.
  • Act as a primary point for addressing employee concerns.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings, counseling sessions, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain workplace harmony and escalate critical cases to management.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose corrective actions.
  • Promote a healthy, respectful, and productive workplace culture.
  • Implement and manage annual and quarterly performance appraisal cycles.
  • Guide department heads in setting KPIs, KRA structures, and performance benchmarks.
  • Monitor performance improvement plans (PIP) and follow up on employee progress.
  • Identify high performers and support career development initiatives.
  • Maintain appraisal documentation and ensure timely closure.
  • Conduct Training based on role requirements and performance gaps.
  • Organize internal and external training programs, workshops, and skill development sessions.
  • Coordinate with trainers, internal SMEs, and external agencies.
  • Monitor training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness.
  • Maintain training records and track employee development.
  • Oversee attendance tracking, shift schedules, and leave management.
  • Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll processing.
  • Monitor discipline, punctuality, and attendance compliance.
  • Maintain HRMS systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards for management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Maintain statutory registers, forms, and audit documents.
  • Coordinate with legal advisors or consultants as required.
  • Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with legal standards and company policies.
  • Plan and execute activities such as team-building events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Provide HR insights for decision-making and policy changes.
  • Implement HR projects like restructuring, culture improvement, and employee satisfaction programs.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports (attrition, manpower strength, hiring status) for leadership review.


Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR with managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
