About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join us as a Sr. Manager/Manager – Human Resources. This role requires someone who can lead end-to-end HR functions, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, performance management, and operational HR activities to support organisational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Lead Talent Acquisition across levels: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the right talent fit.

Drive the full Performance Management Cycle: KRA setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.

Implement and manage employee engagement programs to build a positive and motivated work culture.

Support in attendance, payroll coordination, grievance redressal, and exit processes.

Regularly review and update HR policies and SOPs in line with best practices.

Generate and maintain HR dashboards, MIS, and reports to support decision-making.

Mentor and guide junior HR team members (if any).

Support employer branding initiatives, including social media, internal communications, and PR coordination.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee grievance & engagement and performance management.

Good understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and reporting requirements.

Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
