Responsibilities: * Meet daily/weekly sales targets through outbound calls * Maintain customer database and update records accurately * Cold call leads, close deals via phone * Schedule appointments with potential clients Provident fund
• Manage and follow up on customer leads received through builder partner sites, ensuring timely engagement and conversion. • Assist homebuyers throughout the home loan journey from eligibility assessment and documentation to application submission. • Liaise effectively with banks and NBFCs to facilitate seamless loan sanctioning and disbursal processes. • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records using CRM systems for tracking and reporting. • Coordinate with builder sales teams to optimize lead flow and participate in on-site customer engagement activities. • Address customer queries promptly, resolve escalations efficiently, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the loan process. • Identify and leverage opportunities for cross-selling financial products such as Loan Against Property (LAP), Balance Transfer, and Top-Up Loans.
