Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Silvassa. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing HR strategies and initiatives, developing and implementing policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additional tasks include performance management, leadership development, recruitment, retention, and providing guidance to support the organization’s goals. Collaboration with senior management to develop a positive workplace culture and drive organizational development is a key aspect of this role.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and creating a positive workplace culture within diverse teams
  • Experience in recruitment, hiring processes, and retention strategies
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, insights into compliance requirements, and payroll processes
  • Skills in performance management, leadership development, and organizational development
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in HR software, tools, and systems is an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with relevant experience in HR leadership roles
