Job Description: We are seeking a driven Affiliate Marketing Associate to join our team at Mashrise. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting high-performing affiliates, negotiating contracts, and maximizing revenue through affiliate marketing partnerships. Your focus will be on growing our affiliate network and driving successful affiliate-driven sales campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Affiliate Acquisition & Recruitment: Identify, outreach, and onboard potential affiliates, focusing on expanding our network of partners to drive sales and revenue growth. Affiliate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent communication, support, and long-term partnership growth. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement sales strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring affiliates are equipped to promote products/services effectively. Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with affiliates to secure favorable terms, manage contracts, and ensure all agreements are aligned with company goals. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track affiliate performance, including revenue generation, sales conversion rates, and other key metrics, ensuring affiliates are meeting agreed-upon targets. Campaign Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to support affiliates with the necessary resources, such as promotional materials, landing pages, and tracking links, to help them drive sales effectively. Optimize Affiliate Program: Continuously review and refine affiliate sales strategies to maximize revenue and optimize the affiliate program's overall performance. Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or sales, with a focus on managing affiliate relationships or driving sales through affiliate channels. Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen, including experience in affiliate program management, sales negotiation, and partnership development. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze affiliate performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and revenue generation. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and build long-lasting relationships with affiliates. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple affiliate partnerships simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong sales growth. Preferred Qualifications: Affiliate Network Experience: Familiarity with affiliate networks and platforms is a plus.
