Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) professional, based in Mumbai. The HR professional will be responsible for managing HR operations, formulating and implementing effective HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, and supporting overall personnel management. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) operations and principles
• Proven experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies
• Familiarity with designing and administering Employee Benefits programs
• Expertise in Personnel Management and maintaining compliance with labor laws
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and work collaboratively with teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the fintech or mortgage industry is an added advantage
