What You’ll Do

✔ Manage and follow up on home loan leads from builder partners

✔ Guide customers through the loan journey – eligibility, documentation & application

✔ Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth sanction & disbursal

✔ Maintain accurate customer records on CRM

✔ Work with builder sales teams on-site & handle customer engagement

✔ Resolve queries & deliver excellent customer service

✔ Explore cross-selling opportunities (LAP, Balance Transfer, Top-Up Loans)

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Freshers from with strong communication skills

🔹 1–3 years’ experience in customer service/sales/client engagement (preferred)

🔹 Strong interpersonal skills & customer-first attitude

🔹 Willingness to learn about home loans and financial products

Compensation

💼 Freshers: ₹18,000–₹22,000 (Fixed)

💼 Experienced (1–3 yrs): ₹25,000–₹30,000 (Fixed)
