Responsibilities
• Manage and update customer database.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Plan and execute CRM campaigns to boost retention.
• Handle client queries and feedback with professionalism.
• Analyze customer data and report insights.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of CRM experience, preferably in luxury retail/jewellery.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving ability.
