● Understand customer requirements and clearly explain loan offerings
● Follow up with interested prospects and escalate to senior team for closure
● Optionally contribute to marketing and growth campaigns
● Minimum: HSC (12th Pass)
● Preferred: Graduate (Any Stream)
● Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
● Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
● Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools)
● Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
● Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales / Tele calling / Inside Sales
● Preferred background in loans, finance, or real estate sales
