Job Description

Role Overview: As a Delivery Manager at Up2date IT Consultancy and Software Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the successful execution of end-to-end delivery for client projects or talent acquisition engagements. Your role will require you to be a strategic thinker with a passion for results, possessing deep knowledge of recruitment/project cycles, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Your excellent communication skills, high energy, and proactive sourcing and hiring approach for technical roles will be crucial for your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates from diverse industries. - Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to efficiently manage candidate flow. - Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process. - Conduct market research and salary analysis to stay competitive and make informed hiring decisions. - Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and provide valuable recruitment insights. - Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Mentor and guide junior recruiters, contributing to team performance and leadership initiatives. - Drive continuous improvement in recruitment practices through feedback, analytics, and process optimization. Qualifications Required: - Full-cycle recruitment experience - Proficiency in candidate sourcing and assessment - Demonstrated capability in recruitment strategy development - Previous exposure to talent acquisition processes - Competency in interviewing techniques and negotiation skills - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Ability to manage candidate relationships effectively - Experience in market research and salary analysis - Strong team collaboration and leadership skills - Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations - Proficiency in Boolean searching and cold calling - Exposure to college recruiting and confidentiality practices - Previous work with consultants and contract recruitment - Good customer service orientation - Skills in data entry and database management - Understanding of employee relations and human resources practices - Familiarity with internet recruiting and conducting interviews - Basic knowledge of marketing principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Ability to pre-screen candidates effectively - Exposure to project management and recruiting practices - Proficiency in research and resume writing - Basic sales skills for candidate engagement - Capability in screening candidates efficiently - Knowledge of social media and networking for recruitment purposes - Experience in sourcing and staffing services - Understanding of talent management principles - Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively - Exposure to technical recruiting and temporary placement processes - Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks - Training experience in recruitment practices Please Note: This is a full-time position with morning, night, and US shift schedules, located in person.,
