The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals on Corp-to-Corp (C2C) and W2 positions with our clients and vendor partners. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates for C2C and W2 positions through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking, and other channels. Work extensively with consultants on C2C, H1B, Green Card, US Citizens, and EADs . Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients . Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with candidates and vendors. Submit qualified resumes to clients and follow up for interview schedules, feedback, and closures. Ensure compliance with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) . Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements. Meet daily/weekly targets (submissions, interviews, and closures) . Required Skills & Qualifications: 15 years of proven experience in US Staffing as a C2C/W2 Recruiter . Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, tax terms, and immigration statuses . Hands-on experience with major job boards and ATS systems . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . Flexibility to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST) . Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with direct clients and tier-1 vendors .
