Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent staffing, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidate profiles.
  • Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and offer extensions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in contract/Permanent staffing, Domestic staffing, end-to-end recruitment processes.
