Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent staffing, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidate profiles.
Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and offer extensions.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
Strong leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and candidates.
Proficiency in contract/Permanent staffing, Domestic staffing, end-to-end recruitment processes.
