Job Description

Srong experience in IT / technical recruitment full-cycle recruiting, handling multiple requisitions, with evidence of successful hiring for technical positions.
Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the tech job market
Worked for Product clients hiring on Contract position.
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools — e.g. applicant tracking systems (ATS), job-boards, sourcing tools, social networks (e.g. LinkedIn), possibly Boolean search techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong organization and time-management abilities
