The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining strong communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process. The Technical Recruiter will ensure timely and effective fulfillment of client requirements while upholding RadixSoft's commitment to excellence.
