Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic IT Hiring Expert to join our RPO team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment , excellent client-facing skills , and a proven ability to manage stakeholders across all levels. You will be responsible for driving the hiring process while representing the client with professionalism and confidence. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding) Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring needs, project timelines, and progress updates Use Boolean searches, job boards, and social media platforms to identify and attract top talent Ensure timely and effective communication with hiring managers and candidates Draft and send professional emails and candidate updates with clarity and business etiquette Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on SLAs and hiring goals Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and status trackers for client review Manage multiple roles with changing priorities in a fast-paced RPO environment Key Requirements: 3-8 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO or client-facing environment Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in email etiquette and stakeholder updates/reporting Strong stakeholder management and client handling capabilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficient with ATS tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT), and Google Workspace Preferred Skills: Prior experience supporting clients in the IT Services or Product industry Exposure to volume/bulk hiring and niche IT skill hiring Familiarity with recruitment automation tools and sourcing extensions

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems. Willing to relocate to Ahmedabad and work from office.
