Senior HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring Excellence

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Product, QA, Implementation, Business, and Support roles.
  • Drive sourcing through

    personal networks, LinkedIn communities, Naukri, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and industry talent pools

    .
  • Build a proactive talent pipeline for current and upcoming roles.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and candidate communication.

Stakeholder & Process Management

  • Partner with Founders, Department Heads, and Hiring Managers to define role requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring MIS, and weekly performance reports.
  • Optimize recruitment processes for speed and quality.
  • Maintain ATS, candidate journey workflows, and documentation.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding

  • Ensure a professional, smooth, and positive candidate experience.
  • Oversee onboarding, documentation, initiation of HR operations tasks, and first-week alignment.

Employer Branding & Networking

  • Drive hiring campaigns and content to strengthen company visibility in the fintech talent market.
  • Expand, nurture, and leverage talent networks to accelerate hiring cycles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
  • 37 years

    of strong experience in tech, SaaS, fintech, or NBFC hiring.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire for niche roles with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Naukri, communities, and personal networks.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment.
  • High ownership, follow-through, and a problem-solving mindset.
