- Manage a practice specific team and manage day to day staffing delivery to clients
- Responsible for process implementation with respective team for efficient service delivery and adhering to the same.
- Take leadership in meeting recruitment targets and meeting recruitment deliverables within the defined framework and as per the timelines.
- Responsible for timely delivery of all MIS/ monthly/ quarterly /weekly reporting of recruitment metrics to clients & senior management
-Graduation in any discipline.
-5 - 10yrs of experience in Staffing from a Consulting side
-Experience and ability in managing team/practice level revenue targets
-Excellent drive with an executive vision, client management skills, Team Management skills, Negotiation skills and Technology understanding
-Excellent understanding of the market dynamics, Cost structures and Resource availability
-Excellent reporting skills, search skills and staffing strategies
-Ability to strategize and lead from the front to ensure high customer satisfaction
-Experience in GCC ,product and service hiring
