Designation:

Lead Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong
team leadership experience
, including guiding and mentoring recruitment teams.
Ability to work effectively in an
individual contributor (IC) role
when required, especially during team shortages.
Manage and collaborate with external agencies through strong
Vendor Management
expertise.
Handle recruitment for
Enterprise customers
, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Experience in an
IT services environment
is highly preferred.
Lead
volume hiring
initiatives efficiently within defined timelines.
Successfully work in a
target-driven role
, meeting monthly and quarterly hiring goals.
Coordinate effectively with
internal and external stakeholders
, ensuring transparent communication.
Uphold and align with
VLink’s core values

Work from office (WFO) requirement – candidates must be open to working onsite.
Proficiency in using
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
is mandatory.
Experience recruiting for roles such as
AI, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics
will be an added advantage.
Stay updated with and implement
best practices in hiring
to optimize recruitment processes.
