Position: Insurance Process Executive / Senior Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to 7 LPA (based on experience)

Candidate Profile:

• 2-5 years of insurance process experience (claims, underwriting, policy issuance, renewals, customer service, etc.)

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

• Good knowledge of insurance terminology and workflows

• Ability to handle complex insurance queries with accuracy

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

• Graduation mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions related to insurance policies
• Process

  claims, endorsements, renewals, or new business (as per the process.

• Perform data entry, verification, documentation & compliance checks

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues

• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and process quality standards

• Meet SLA, AHT, and qualit

  y targets consistently
