Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage large-scale blue-collar hiring across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. The role requires strong field exposure, migrant hiring experience, and the ability to lead a team of field recruiters while coordinating with clients and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end blue-collar hiring for multiple locations across TN & Puducherry.
• Manage and monitor field recruiters, drive daily/weekly hiring targets.
• Conduct field visits, local sourcing, rural/urban hiring drives, and community outreach.
• Handle migrant workforce hiring and maintain strong local networks.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for manpower planning and daily requirements.
• Manage client coordination, stakeholder updates, fulfilment reports, and manpower tracking.
• Resolve on-ground issues related to attendance, onboarding, grievances, and compliance.
• Build and maintain sourcing pipelines for both local and migrant candidates.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in blue-collar/field recruitment.
• Strong experience managing field recruiters and regional hiring operations.
• Good knowledge of TN & Puducherry geography and local markets.
• Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with extensive travel and field operations.
