Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • 1. Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment :- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for mid, senior, and niche technical positions.Develop effective sourcing strategies to close complex technical roles.Drive timely closures while ensuring high quality of hire.

  • 2. Team Leadership & Collaboration:- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of technical recruiters.Allocate requirements, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement.Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Delivery Heads, and HR teams to understand role needs and skill expectations.

  • 3. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:- Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active tech talent.Explore new technologies, tools, and channels to enhance sourcing efficiency.

  • 4. Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening to assess candidate fit.Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and panel interactions.Evaluate candidates for technical expertise, communication, and cultural fit.

  • 5. Process & Quality Improvement:- Improve recruitment workflows, reducing TAT and enhancing candidate experience.Implement best hiring practices, structured interviews, and automation tools.Ensure consistent alignment with recruitment KPIs and SLAs.

  • 6. Reporting & Recruitment Analytics:- Track and report key metrics: sourcing efficiency, pipeline health, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.Prepare hiring dashboards and weekly/monthly reports for management.Use data insights to refine hiring strategies and improve outcomes.

  • 7. Offer Management & Onboarding Coordination:- Manage salary discussions, offers, and negotiation processes.Work with HR Ops to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.

  • 8. Employer Branding & Vendor Management:- Partner with HR/Marketing teams to support employer branding initiatives.Represent the company at job fairs, events, and tech meetups.Manage external recruitment partners and evaluate vendor performance.
