Role & responsibilities Senior Staffing Analyst Looking for candidates with extensive recruitment experience in IT Permanent Staffing (Product Hiring). Desired Candidate Profile Source potential candidates through various online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Must have experience in contract hiring. Experience Experience and Education 2 years to 4 years experience in IT Permanent staffing is a must. Must understand Recruitment life based hiring. Preferred candidate profile Only candidates with experience in recruitment or consulting firms will be considered. Candidates from corporate backgrounds are kindly requested not to apply.
