Role & responsibilities Job Description - Manage a practice specific team and manage day to day staffing delivery to clients- Responsible for process implementation with respective team for efficient service delivery and adhering to the same.- Take leadership in meeting recruitment targets and meeting recruitment deliverables within the defined framework and as per the timelines.- Responsible for timely delivery of all MIS/ monthly/ quarterly /weekly reporting of recruitment metrics to clients & senior management Preferred candidate profile Graduation in any discipline- 5 - 7yrs of experience in Staffing from a Consulting side- Experience and ability in managing team/practice level revenue targets- Excellent drive with an executive vision, client management skills, Team Management skills, Negotiation skills and Technology understanding- Excellent understanding of the market dynamics, Cost structures and Resource availability- Excellent reporting skills, search skills and staffing strategies- Ability to strategize and lead from the front to ensure high customer satisfaction Location : Bangalore
