About the Role

Technical Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, data engineers, cloud, AI/ML, etc.).
  • Draft and refine job descriptions in collaboration with tech leaders.
  • Conduct initial telephonic and video screenings.

2. Sourcing & Outreach

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future positions.

3. Screening & Assessment

  • Evaluate candidate technical fit through resume shortlisting and preliminary assessments.
  • Coordinate technical tests, coding rounds, and panel interviews with tech teams.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Provide consistent updates on recruitment progress and market insights.

5. Process Excellence

  • Ensure smooth interview coordination, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 36 years of

    technical recruitment experience

    in IT services or product companies.
  • Strong understanding of software development roles, technology stacks, and technical jargon.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess cultural and technical fit.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Good to Have

  • Technical educational background (engineering/MCA).
  • Experience hiring for niche skills (AI/ML, DevOps, cybersecurity, cloud).
  • Experience using ATS platforms and HR tools.
