About the Role We are looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end hiring for technical positions across the organization. Coordinate technical tests, coding rounds, and panel interviews with tech teams. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Liaise with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities. Provide consistent updates on recruitment progress and market insights. 5. Process Excellence Ensure smooth interview coordination, feedback collection, and candidate communication. Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process. Required Skills & Competencies 36 years of technical recruitment experience in IT services or product companies. Strong understanding of software development roles, technology stacks, and technical jargon. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess cultural and technical fit. Strong sourcing capabilities using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc. Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
