Position - Manager Talent Acquisition

Experience: 6-8+ Years (3-4 Years in Leadership)

Education: Post Graduate / MBA in HR

Salary Range: 6 7 LPA

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Gender : Female / Male

Industry: [Real Estate / BFSI / Manufacturing / Consulting /IT / etc.]

Role Overview

The Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment

activities while leading a small team of recruiters. The role requires a hands-on leader who can

align hiring strategies with business requirements and ensure timely closure of positions with

quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid-level, and key positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Ensure timely hiring with a focus on quality, cost, and candidate experience.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Monitor recruiter performance, set KPIs, and drive productivity.
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to the team.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a single point of contact for business stakeholders for hiring needs.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.

Process & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, hiring processes, and compliance standards.
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to improve efficiency.

Employer Branding & Sourcing

  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus/market outreach activities.
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, and referrals.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a leadership or team-handling role.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple positions and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring best practices.
