Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding across tech, sales, support, ops, marketing, research.
  • Build candidate pipelines via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals; drive employer branding.
  • Manage people and teams effectively for optimal performance.
  • Design engagement events, team-building; analyze attrition trends for retention.
  • Forecast manpower; support training, culture initiatives, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 3+ years in end-to-end TA.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder skills; tools like LinkedIn/Naukri expertise.
