Designation: Talent Acquisition Manager Human Resources

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across levels, functions, and geographies. • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and role requirements. • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Strengthen stakeholder relationships by ensuring timely communication, transparency, and alignment on hiring priorities. • Oversee sourcing strategies across portals, social platforms, and networks to attract the best talent. • Drive employer branding efforts to position Flipspaces as a preferred employer in the real estate & design-tech ecosystem. • Strengthen campus hiring initiatives and maintain strong ties with top institutes for early talent pipelines. • Ensure a seamless candidate experience through transparent communication, role clarity, and structured onboarding. • Track and report on hiring metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire) and present insights to senior leadership. • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on employee engagement, retention, and grievance management. • Continuously optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems for efficiency, scalability, and quality.

Preferred Candidature:

• Recruitment consultancy background or prior in-house talent acquisition leadership experience.

• Exposure to real estate, interior design, architecture, or technology sectors is a plus.

• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Key Skills:
