Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager be part of recruitment team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, and ensuring we attract and hire top talent to meet our company's needs. Additionally, this role will leverage HR technology to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain high-caliber talent.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and incorporate them into the recruitment strategy.
  • Partner with HR and other departments to support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Implement and optimize HR technology solutions, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and AI-driven tools, to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and integrate new HR tech tools to streamline recruitment processes and improve data analytics capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5+ years.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Experience with HR technology and its application in talent acquisition processes.


Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Knowledge of current labor market trends and conditions.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and platforms.
