Location - Bangalore(Onsite)

Experience - 5 to 9 Yrs

Notice Period - Immediate Joiners/15 Days

Industry - Preferred from E-Commerce/ Software Product

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with founders and senior leaders to understand hiring needs
• Plan and execute hiring for technical and non-technical roles
• Ensure timely closure of positions with good quality candidates
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters
• Assign roles, track performance, and guide the team
• Help the team improve skills and hiring efficiency
• Act as the main point of contact for multiple business teams
• Handle hiring challenges, escalations, and expectations professionally
• Coordinate with HR for offers, closures, and joining
• Ensure structured interviews and fair evaluation of candidates
• Support compensation discussions and offer roll outs
• Maintain consistency and compliance in hiring
• Manage ATS and recruitment data
• Prepare hiring reports and share insights with leadership
• Improve hiring processes to support future growth

Key Skills :

• 5 to 9 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition
• Experience in leading and managing a recruitment team
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of sourcing strategies for different roles
