The Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across the organization, including plant, R&D, corporate, and leadership roles.

This role requires a strategic and people-focused approach, ensuring that recruitment plans align with business growth, project timelines, and organizational priorities. The candidate will partner with leaders across functions, implement structured and data-driven hiring processes, and ensure every candidate experiences a professional and welcoming process, reflecting the organization's family-owned, people-centric values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant, R&D, corporate, and leadership roles
• Support greenfield hiring in line with project timelines and business growth
• Work closely with founders and functional heads to clearly understand people needs
• Follow structured, fair, and data-based hiring processes
• Ensure every candidate receives a warm, respectful, and transparent experience
• Communicate company values as a family-owned, people-centric organization
• Build strong relationships with consultants, institutes, and talent networks
• Track recruitment metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire, and quality of hire
• Bring best practices and market knowledge to improve hiring and strengthen the organization
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulation

• Ability to understand business needs and hire the right talent
• Experience handling both high-volume and specialized hiring in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Organized and accountable to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality hires
