Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate between sales, customers, and production to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

· Process orders in ERP and forward to production.

· Handle inquiries, provide quotes, follow up on orders, and resolve customer issues.

· Align sales forecasts with production schedules and ensure timely dispatch with logistics.

· Manage dispatch documents, generate invoices in ERP, and maintain accurate records.

· Generate regular reports on sales, production, and inventory, and identify areas for improvement.

· Ensure timely payment collection from customers.

· Work with Zonal Heads for new orders and support smooth day-to-day operations.

· Collaborate with internal teams for efficient order fulfilment and issue resolution.
