Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to work closely with key stakeholders, leading strategic projects and process automation. The role focuses on product costing and pricing, inventory management, ERP upgrades, and creating data insights to guide better decisions. This position is key to improving efficiency and driving the company's growth. Position Overview: Oversee implementation of quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) testing activities in the Plant. Ensure compliance of all products with desired quality standards. Oversee adherence with department objectives and compliance with processes, quality measures and product specifications. Ensure the alignment of the Quality team’s activities with production operations. Oversee QA & QC tests, review batch deviations / failures highlighted and manage any escalations that arise. Key Responsibilities: Drive development of efficient risk identification and assessment framework and recommend controls and improvement initiatives across all quality systems, processes, and workflows Oversee the planning and advise on the execution of continuous improvement in quality control and development of new systems and processes Lead cost optimization plans and drive integrated initiatives with BU Heads to minimize wastage, reworks, rejections due to product and process quality Keep abreast of markets and competition and ensure continuous state of competitive advantage with respect to quality processes, technology, product quality etc. Scan the environment for regulatory amendments and changes in statutory/ regulatory requirements and ensure organization’s readiness to implement suggested changes Align the Quality Assurance and Control (QC) practices and planned activities with the overall EP business strategy Contribute to product development strategies and processes across the production value chain to meet business objectives and operational needs in alignment with quality standards and customers’ requirements Define quality assurance and control objectives, aligned with Loxim’s targets and philosophy on quality testing. Identify and drive product quality enhancement by incorporating leading product specifications and evolving customer requirement Coordinate with Head- Research & Development and Head- Production to identify and implement potential long term and short-term product quality and specification enhancements Drive sustainable focus on product specifications and drive standardized product and process quality. Skills & Knowledge: 10 to 15 years of experience in Quality/R&D roles with at least 4-5 years in a leadership position of similar responsibility in the engineering plastics/polymers industry. Comprehensive knowledge of quality systems and standards (ISO 9001, 14001, IATF etc). Experience of dealing with leadership and senior stakeholders.
