Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Internal Sales & Production Planning Executive to join our team. This role combines internal sales responsibilities with production planning functions to ensure efficient coordination between sales orders and production schedules. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of production processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with both the sales and production teams. Key Responsibilities: · Coordinate between sales, customers, and production to ensure timely order processing and delivery. · Process orders in ERP and forward to production. · Handle inquiries, provide quotes, follow up on orders, and resolve customer issues. · Align sales forecasts with production schedules and ensure timely dispatch with logistics. · Manage dispatch documents, generate invoices in ERP, and maintain accurate records. · Generate regular reports on sales, production, and inventory, and identify areas for improvement. · Ensure timely payment collection from customers. · Work with Zonal Heads for new orders and support smooth day-to-day operations. · Collaborate with internal teams for efficient order fulfilment and issue resolution.
