Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to work closely with key stakeholders, leading strategic projects and process automation. The role focuses on product costing and pricing, inventory management, ERP upgrades, and creating data insights to guide better decisions. This position is key to improving efficiency and driving the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: • Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools. • Perform product costing and pricing analysis to increase profitability and market positioning • Manage and streamline inventory systems to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Drive ERP upgradation and automation initiatives to enhance business processes. • Implement automation projects to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual interventions. • Build, analyze, and present data-driven insights for effective decision-making across all business activities • Lead and execute special initiatives or projects assigned directly by the CEO • Ensure 360-degree business awareness by integrating and analyzing data from various functions • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery • Stay informed about industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve business performance.
