Role Description Manage end to end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates. Utilize job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn to attract and recruit top talent. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective job post. Strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of the recruitment process and HR practices.
