Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

    for white-collar and shop-floor roles
  • Understand manpower requirements from business and plant heads
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and internal databases
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes
  • Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
  • Build and manage a

    pipeline of talent

    for ongoing and future requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and processes
  • Support onboarding and initial engagement of new joiners

Preferred candidate profile

  • Female candidates only (as per role requirement)


  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    in Talent Acquisition
  • Prior experience in

    Automobile / Manufacturing industry

    is highly preferred
  • Strong exposure to

    plant hiring

    , technical roles, and volume recruitment
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficient with job portals and basic HR systems
