Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for white-collar and shop-floor roles
Understand manpower requirements from business and plant heads
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and internal databases
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes
Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
Build and manage a
pipeline of talent
for ongoing and future requirements
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and processes
Support onboarding and initial engagement of new joiners

Preferred candidate profile

Female candidates only (as per role requirement)

Minimum
3 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition
Prior experience in
Automobile / Manufacturing industry
is highly preferred
Strong exposure to
plant hiring
, technical roles, and volume recruitment
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficient with job portals and basic HR systems
