About the Role (WORK FROM OFFICE)

  • We are looking for young, energetic, and empathetic problem-solvers who can delight customers at every interaction. This is not just a customer service role its about having the curiosity, emotional intelligence (EQ), and drive to solve problems while keeping the customer first, always.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via

    calls, emails, or chat

    with empathy and professionalism.
  • Understand customer issues, analyse, and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 02 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Fluency in any regional language is a plus (but not mandatory).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Customer-first approach and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Open to work in

    rotational shifts (day/night)

    and

    5 days/week

    with

    2 rotational week-offs

    .
