Job Titl: 3D Visualizr (Commrcial Intrior Dsign) Job Summary: W are looking for a skilled and crativ 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic interior dsign tam specializing in commercial spaces. As a 3D Visualizr, you will play a crucial rol in bringing our dsign concpts to lif through high-quality visual rprsntations. You will collaborat closly with our dsignrs to produce realistic and engaging 3D rndrings, animations that ffctivly communicate our design intent to clints and stakholdrs. Ky Rsponsibilitis: 3D Rndring and Visualization: Create highly dtaild and ralistic 3D rndrings of commercial interior spaces based on dsign concepts and plans provided by th dsign tam. Produc interior and xtrior visualizations, including matrials, lighting, and furnitur placmnt, to accurately represent dsign idas. Animation and Walkthroughs: Dvlop animatd walkthroughs and flythroughs to showcas th flow and functionality of th designed spacs. Incorporate dynamic elements such as lighting changs and camera movement to nhanc visual impact. Collaboration and Communication: Work closly with intrior dsignrs to undrstand dsign concepts and translat thm into compelling visual representations. Participat in dsign meetings to provid input on visualization strategies and offr crativ solutions to design challngs. Quality Assuranc: Ensur that all visualizations mt th highst standards of quality, accuracy, and ralism. Conduct post-production work on renderings to nhanc visual appeal and address any imprfctions. Deadline Managmnt: Manag multipl projcts simultanously, adhering to projct timlins and dadlins. Communicate effectively with th dsign tam to prioritiz visualization tasks based on projct prioritis. Tchnological Advancmnts: Stay updatd with industry trnds, mrging tchnologis, and softwar advancements related to 3D visualization and rndring tchniqus. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architctur, Intrior Dsign is a plus. Autodsk 3ds Max - Corona/V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suit. Provn xprinc in 3D visualization and rndring for commrcial intrior dsign projcts, with a portfolio dmonstrating proficincy in crating high-quality visuals. Excllnt communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-pacd nvironmnt and meet project dadlins. Detail-oriented with a keen y for visual asthtics.
