Job Summary

We are looking for male freshers with a passion for the stock market to join as Customer Support Interns. You will assist clients with trading accounts, platform navigation, and market-related queries. Top performers will be offered a full-time position post-internship with a salary of 2.52 LPA (including PF).

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with account setup, KYC verification, and basic trading queries.

Technical Assistance:

• Resolve minor technical issues related to trading platforms.
• Escalate complex problems to the IT team.

Market Updates:

• Provide clients with basic market trends and stock performance updates.
• Stay updated with financial news and announcements.

Compliance &

• Follow regulatory guidelines for customer interactions.
• Maintain records of client queries and resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication (English + Hindi/any regional language).
• Basic understanding of stock markets (training will be provided).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

Certifications like NISM, online courses in finance, or mock trading experience.

Internship-to-Job Offer:

• Duration: 6 months (performance-based evaluation).

• Full-Time Conversion: 2,52,000 per annum (including PF) for selected candidates
